Potocki is a high-quality Polish vodka produced using locally-sourced rye from the fields around the distillery in central Poland. The vodka is double distilled and bottled at 40% ABV without filtration, so all of the spirit's character ends up in the bottle, not in the filter.
Very smooth, but not to the point of flavourlessness (is that even a word?). Elegant notes of rye bread, crushed nuts and perhaps a touch of dried fruit. The producers recommend drinking the vodka chilled but not frozen in order to preserve the more aromatic notes.
