The Australian bowerbird is known for taking great pride in it's collections, both for personal enjoyment and to show to others. Brix has also collected their favourite native ingredients and infused them into our Brix White. Aged four months in Mountain Goat barley wine barrels, Trail Mix opens with delicate aromas of chocolate, plum and macadamia whilst finishing strong with notes of spearmint, anise and cinnamon. Enjoy Trail Mix over ice, as a refreshing spiced old fashioned or a flavourful mixer. The perfect addition to any holiday, BBQ or camping expedition, this versatile spirit was made to be shared.
