The Jan heat in '19 proved to be a bit of a challenge but it was met and hit for a six. A juicy, nicely tuned sauvignon blanc was the result. Confident, upfront tropical, lemongrass. Heads into racy territory with herbal edged lemon skin and citrus. The spicy aromatics are almost riesling-like.

This Adelaide Hills producer handles sauvignon blanc very well, indeed. There's purity and intensity of citrus and tropical fruit, trimmed with crisp acidity, and finishing long and fresh. Mouth-wateringly good.
