About this product
Start with a luxurious bottle of Achille Princier Champagne. This non-vintage grower Champagne has been awarded 4.5 stars in Gourmet Traveller Wine and Australian Winestate Magazine.
Next up are 2 bottles of Sirius Bordeaux blanc. Delicious Semillon/Sauvignon blanc in equal measure - "expressive, succulent and refined". Presented in a festive bottle with a gold star (and a gold medal award stamp - Concours des grands Vin de France).
For those that love a drop of red wine we have 2 bottles. The first is an offering from Bordeaux (Médoc) Château Tour Seran Cru Bourgeois 2007. A delicious blend of merlot, cabernet sav & franc and a touch of petit verdot (normally served in 1st class Air France!).
The second red is from Producteurs Plaimont, Monastere Saint Mont 2010. This rare and prestigious wine has won many awards including a 2 stars and a "Coup de coeur" (literally "our favourite") in the French wine bible, AKA - Guide Hachette! Tannat, Pinenc and Cabernet Franc.
And a perfect accompaniment with dessert, or perhaps "as dessert", we have a spectacular wine from Jurançon in the foothills of the French Pyrennees. Château Jolys Cuvée Jean Jurançon Late Harvest made from Petit Manseng grapes indigenous to the region.
Don't think "cloying" sweet wine! This is sweet, but has a refreshingly dry finish. Gabriel Gate selected this as a dessert match during Le Tour de France a couple of years ago and it has also been awarded 95 points by Australian wine writer Huon Hooke who said "I love the fragrance, the balance, the understated sweetness, the delectable harmony of it."

Vintage
Re Achille Princier Champagne: 4.5 Stars, Equal Top in Category/Eligible for Wine of the Year. Complex buttery lemon bouquet with a yeasty lift. Creamy in the mouth with great length of flavours, showing some honeyed notes with nice acid drive and a drying finish.

Vintage 2007
The Grape Observer
Re Château Tour Seran 2007: "I was quite taken by this Médoc wine. A blend of 65% merlot, 15% cabernet sauvignon, 10% cabernet franc and 10% petit verdot, it has classic left bank Bordeaux aromatics of earth, blackcurrant, tobacco leaf and some cigar box. Its palate has a quite rounded mouthfeel with acid edges that I found to be quite moreish. Layers of flavour gently presented themselves - blackcurrants and tobacco leaf mainly - and are supported by quite lingering length and fine grained tannins. This is a very attractive wine and, considering the difficult 2007 Bordeaux vintage from which it was born, it is well worth your attention." Sean Mitchell
