About this product

These dry white wines have an excellent acid balance allowing them to age gracefully. So if you would like a change from chardonnay or sav blanc then try these great wines from Jurançon in the foothills of the French Pyrenees (think The Way/The Camino de Santiago/pilgrim route).
The Manseng grape is indigenous to the Jurançon and is growing in popularity as it is a great match with food with rich buttery or creamy sauces.  And due to their rich flavour they go very will with Asian food too.
3 bottles of Domaine Bellegarde Pierre Blanche 2011 and
3 bottles of Château Jolys Jurançon Sec 2014 in each pack.
Andrea Frost (Melbourne Review) summed it up beautifully La Pierre Blanche is a lovely wine with a complex nose of honey, wet stone, chalk and stonefruit continuing on the palate. Excellent acidity gives the wine pace and race all the way down.
These 2 wines are a great introduction to the dry white wines from the region of Jurançon.
