Our cumquat-infused, double-distilled gin started life as one of our seasonal gins, a range of gins that reflects the ever-changing seasons and life on the farm. However, due to its popularity, we now forage enough cumquats to make this very popular gin year-round. With its stand-out citrusy smooth flavour, it pairs beautifully with a dry tonic or a splash of soda.
