Nose: A soft subtle juniper on the nose with a rich touch of warm spiced berries. Sweet vanilla and green fruits finishing in with delicate citrus, pink grapefruit, and rose petal water. Palate: A warming spirit with juniper and rhubarb spice that mellows. Softly sweet ripe berries then hints of freeze dried dark fruits, touches of rhubarb and custard sweets, with a floral hint of rose water.
