East Coast Baijiu Classic Kaoliang is Australia's first Award-Winning Baijiu. It was awarded the first Medal ever to a Baijiu made outside of China at the IWSC, which is the world's largest and most respected Baijiu competition. IWSC Judge's tasting notes: "Easily Recognisable as a good example of Baijiu. This is a well-rounded spirit with dry fruity notes. Elegant, with a lovely creaminess." We have now taken our Classic Kaoliang and aged it in Oak barrels for an extra dimension of flavor. Our American Oak has a Strong vanilla sweetness and the French Oak as is more "Spicey" with hints of coffee and almond.
