About this product

Baijiu is China's favorite spirit, and it's now made here in Australia by East Coast Baijiu. Our sorghum liquor is made with Australian Red Sorghum and fermented with a specialized Baijiu yeast imported from China. East Coast Kaoliang liquor is smooth and complex with a hint of natural sweetness.

tastes more like a gin than baijiu

Trying to recreate an authentic tasting Chinese Baijiu in Queensland was always going to be a big challenge. Cudos for trying, but it's not quite there yet.
I wouldn't recommend to a friend
