Dry, Light Bodied style of Sauvignon Blanc VerdejoThis wine, from the Yecla DOP region in Spain, was handpicked with pre-fermentative cold maceration aging on lees for 4 months. It is light straw yellow, clean and bright in appearance with notes of fruit, white flowers, peaches in syrup, nuances of apricot, citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. A fresh start, light yet unctuous and creamy with body and good acidity. A long finish with a touch of herbs and white fruit.
