Take a trip with us – from our Embezzler Dry Gin, to our tropical Six Shillings Cocktail Gin, before finishing with our floral & spices filled Barrel Aged Gin.

Embezzler Gin 50mL
Aroma:Juniper and lemon peel with just a hint of mixed spices and dried florals.
Palate:A big hit of juniper at first, gives way to a complexity of dried citrus peel, lemon myrtle, chamomile and star anise.
Finish:Citrus persists through the finish with cinnamon and star anise simmering in the background.
Six Shillings Gin 50mL
Aroma:Mango and orange are prominent on the nose with a medley of other tropical fruits balancing with just a hint of juniper.
Palate:Gentle juniper at first before tropical fruits come through.
Finish:A gentle Tasmanian pepperberry spice through the continued tropical fruit to give balance and complexity.
Barrel Aged Gin 50mL
Aroma:Juniper, orange zest and French oak on the nose.
Palate:An oily and rich gin with a balance between juniper and orange giving way to the cedar and spice of the French oak.
