The Old Kempton story began many years ago with the dream of becoming Tasmania’s Artisan Distillery.
This gift set shows the journey we have taken with our range – from Lavender Malt Liqueur, to our first gin – Embezzler, and finally with The Old Stables Single Malt Whisky.

Containing –
Lavender Malt Liqueur 50ml
Aroma:Fresh cut lavender with a subtle background of malt.
Palate:Sweet and viscous with vibrant lavender, subtle orchard fruits and malt.
Finish:The big sweet floral hit rounds out to gentle malt finish that has you craving another taste of this liqueur.
Embezzler Gin 50ml
Aroma:Juniper and lemon peel with just a hint of mixed spices and dried florals.
Palate:A big hit of juniper at first, gives way to a complexity of dried citrus peel, lemon myrtle, chamomile and star anise.
Finish:Citrus persists through the finish with cinnamon and star anise simmering in the background.
The Old Stables 50mL
Aroma:Beautiful fruit and nut chocolate nose with gentle malt notes being the highlight.
Palate:Sweet and delicious upfront before quickly building to a creamy toffee malt. Maintains a long and lingering palate.
Finish:Finishes with a warm satisfying glow which is nicely balanced with malt spices.
