I'm not usually a bubbles gal, but I have to say this was an absolutely perfect pairing for an afternoon with girlfriends, heels, sunshine and fine food! Highly recommended. This will be on my "go-to" list from now on .

No joke, this is hands down the best Champagne I’ve ever tasted. So why did Wine Boy above give it only one star? Because he didn’t do his homework. If he had, he would have discovered that this Champagne was developed for the female palate
