About this product

Typical of the variety, this wine has shimmering nuances in its golden-yellow colour and is characterised by a bouquet of powerful spiciness and a noble scent of honey. A very full-bodied and complex wine with an elegant tartness and pleasant sweetness. Slow and careful fermentation over a period of three weeks followed by a 3 month storage of the young wine on fine yeast is responsible for the successful cultivation of fine aromas.
