Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot NoirIndependent wineryHandpicked with care, the fruit was hot fermented with wild yeast to bring out as much of the earthy and dirty characters we all love in a good Pinot. It's a deep rich purple with a big complex nose of chariness, Forest floor, forest berries, hints of pepper sweet spice toward the end. Earthy exotic spices with blackberry and plum coat the mouth for delicious balanced and extraordinary wine.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
