Aged 15 months in oak barrels, each variety is vinified separately then blended before bottling.
The grapes in this village are picked as late as possible in the vintage to ensure optimum ripeness, giving this Cotes du Rhone a very deep colour, with a hint of mahogany. It has delicious aromas and flavours of ripe red fruits, spices and liquorice, with a rich, warm, round finish.
