Pairs well with CheeseNaturally fermented wine made from tree-ripened fresh Australian grown pome fruits: 18% Quince, 40% Apple and 42% Asian Pear. This wine was crafted using the long fermentation method followed by over 20 years aging prior to final bottling. Distinctive quince and Red Delicious apples over a subtle base of pear. Single varietals from 1993 and 95 seasons, have been blended to provide a truely mellod drop for enjoyment now. Serve at room temperature, on its own or with cheese & dried fruit. Before or after a meal. Slightly chilled as an aperitif in warmer months is a popular French way. No grapes have been used in this fruit wine.
