Naturally fermented wine made from tree-ripened fresh Australian grown Feijoa fruits (Pineapple guava). This wine was crafted using the long fermentation method followed by over 22 years aging prior to final bottling. Selected parcels of Triumph and Mammoth Feijoa wines, from our 1993 vintage, have been blended, providing a truely mellod drop for your enjoyment now. Serve at room temperature, on its own or with cheese & dried fruit. Before or after a meal. Slightly chilled as an aperitif in warmer months is a popular French way. No grapes have been used in this fruit wine.
