Dry, Medium Bodied style of SyrahAka Shiraz. In 1999 it was found to be the offspring of two obscure grapes from southeastern France, Dureza and Mondeuse Blanche. Grown on old vines in Berri, South Australia. Hand harvested, hand crafted wine, aged with a little French and American oak.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
