This water of life has a wealth of character on the palate. With a buttery almond nut smoothness and wooden vanillas marrying well to the dried fruit taste of sweet raisins and figs. A mineral finish matched with a high alcohol warmth of caramel toffee and cinnamon give this freshly disgorged distillate a slow release that lingers for some time to come.
