Margaret River Recolte Shiraz 2020

Deep plum hue with rich mulberry, black cherries and soft white pepper on the nose. Followed by hints of vanillin oak and dark chocolate on the palate. Grapes crushed, de-stemmed and then fermented. Batches were either hand plunged and pumped over twice daily until pressing. Maturation in a combination of stainless steel and new and used oak barrels.
