Deep plum in colour with lush blackberry and blood plums on the nose. Soft and fruit driven with elegant tannins and a hint of classy French oak. Premium Cabernet and Merlot fruit fermented separately, then matured in oak barrels and blended prior to bottling. Mainly Cabernet Sauvignon with a percentage of Merlot added to soften the mid-palate.
