Curator Wine Co2016 Shiraz 750ml
About this product
Hand made by vigneron and winemaker Tom White at his Marananga vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Designed for power and richness on the one hand and softness and approachability on the other.
Dark cherries, blueberries and a well integrated layer of charry oak make this a powerful but smooth wine. Drink now to 2030.
Only 1600 bottles produced.
For those interested in winemaking:
The hand-picked grapes had a two day cold soak then naturally fermented using indigenous yeasts. The ferment was hand plunged three times daily for approximately ten days. Then basket pressed and filled into French oak for three weeks barrel fermentation followed by 18 months maturation.
