Rouge Vert Jus is made with Verjuice from  the renowned Robert Stein Vineyard in Mudgee.  This fruit is picked before the ripeness required for wine, giving a refreshing pique to summer cocktails, or simply enjoyed over ice with mint. A truly unique taste of Mudgee summertime.

I first tried it direct from the supplier and loved it from the first taste. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. The bottle seemed to just disappear. Would love it if Dan stocked it in store :D
