Davally Estate is an award winning vineyard located in the cool climate region of Canyonleigh, Southern Highlands NSW. The vineyard has a high altitude of 700mt and is sitauted on the western border of the Highlands with rich clay soil.  Our grapes are all harvested by hand and our focus is on premium grapes producing premium wines. Our 2017 Rosè is an entertainers must have. We prodeuced this Rosè from our Block 1 Merlot. It was one of its kind in Australia at the time. Its Sophistication and elegant style is refective of cool climate wines. Fresh Berry aromas and crisp smooth finish make this Rosè perfect for all occasions.
