The Chardonnay comes from the Bernard Clone ‘76’ originating in Saone et Loire, Southern Bourgogne. Renowned for well balanced, aromatic fine wines. Our Signature Davally Estate Chardonnay has floral notes with fine delicate white peach aromas. A palate that shows minerality and elegant acidity.
This is a fresh well balanced unwooded Chardonnay thats perfect now and will develop beautifully over the next three years.
