Coldstream Brewery's refreshing Pilsner is brewed using a traditional lagering process involving cool fermentation and long conditioning over several weeks at a very low temperature. The result, a crisp, fresh and aromatic beer with a lovely bitterness, providing a clean finish.

Pilsner should be Australia’s standard summer beer, but it’s not. This beer suits our climate. Refreshing with the crisp bitter finish all pilsners should have. Mercifully no citrus flavoured hops used. Very good beer.
