A beer created in 2008 by Ferran Adrià, the world’s most award-winning chef and his team of sommeliers from el Bulli, Spain. Inedit is a unique beer made with malt from barley, wheat, hops, coriander, liquorice and orange peel. Of high intensity and aromatic complexity, its appearance is slightly cloudy. Very fruity & citric (orange) and floral on the nose, with a feeling of fresh yeast and sweet spices (coriander). Creamy and fresh texture and delicate carbonic. Splendid with starters, salads and fish of fatty texture, its versatility also allows to combine it with sweet-sour and spicy sensations.
