This Verdelho was picked early to retain the natural acidity and was crafted in a dry, varietal style. A green tinged bright pale straw. Suble Kaffir lime leaves and lime zest aromatics with a palate of grapefruit flesh, loquat and honeydew melon. A very textural example.
