This BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR HAUTES CÔTES DE NUITS comes from limestone-clay soils in the hills of "Hautes Côtes de Nuits" in Burgundy, at altitudes between 300 and 400 metres.
Vinification is made using a cold pre-fermentation maceration technique with 15 days vatting, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Complete malolactic fermentation. Matured for 12 months in vats.
Subtle and elegant, this Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits produced from PINOT NOIR offers raspberries and violets aromas. Very long on the palate, this wine seduces with its strong character. Drink with braised meats and stews, roast duck or lamb, beef tagines.
