About this product

Blason de Bourgogne is a range of authentic appellations from a diversity of terroirs, specific to Bourgogne.ThisBOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR comes from limestone-clay soils located in the hills of Hautes Côtes in the Burgundy region.Vinification is made using a cold pre-fermentation maceration technique with 15 days vatting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. The malolactic fermentation is completed, before the wine is matured for 12 months in vats.
Charming and Fruity, this wine shows ruby red colouring with good depth. A seductive bouquet, featuring aromas of fern and red fruit, appeals to the senses. The structured texture in the mouth, along with its generous aromas redolent of a whole basket full of soft berries, makes this Pinot Noiran elegant wine with a balance of concentration and energy.
Certified « Vignerons Engagés », this wine isproduced following strict sustainable winegrowing practices.
IWSC International Wine & Spirit Competition - "Medium weight pinot with attractive red fruits. Nicely balanced with a savoury nuance. Lightly spicy, bright acidity and gentle tannins. This wine lends itself to a great introduction to Burgundy with a nicely textured, light style, with a good clean finish"
