About this product

Blason de Bourgogne is a range of authentic appellations from a diversity of terroirs, specific to Bourgogne.

This SAINT VERAN CHARDONNAY comes from vineyards that are locatedon slopes at the foot of the rock of Solutré in crinoidal limestone terrain from MidJurassic period on calcareous.

Vinification is run through gentle gentle pneumatic pressing, static sedimentation in stainless steel vats with 15% skin maceration, guided malolactic fermentation and maturation in vats.
