The bouquet exhibits fresh lemon sorbet, grassy herbaceous notes, gooseberry and guava. These aromatics continue on the palate, which are enhanced by subtle citrus, passionfruit and crisp snow pea, with hints of apricot. This lively vibrant wine is well balanced, with natural acidity and long flavoursome finish. An ideal accompaniment for all seafood and poultry dishes.
