About this product

Jawbox Classic Dry is made at Echlinville distillery near Belfast.

Made using 11 botanicals. Distilled slowly in traditional copper pot stills to extract the best flavour and quality of spirit. The botanicals are steeped overnight in the warmed spirit, but 3 of the botanicals use the vapour method to preserve the delicate flavours and aromas.

The nose is big and bold with juniper, coriander and citrus notes. Classic London Dry style.

First introduced to this Gin in Belfast and haven’t bought anything else since! They also do a Rhubarb & Ginger and Pineapple & ginger liqueur would love to see these available in Australia!

I'd seen that Jawbox was voted Best Gin in the UK, so I had to try it. I wasn't let down, it’s excellent. A classic, well made gin and fantastic straight or mixed with their suggested ginger ale.
