To our first descendants who arrived in Australia in 1854 our pursuit of fine Whisky show's through in this exquisite release.
With an approach for our Single Malt that gives great length and vital contribution to the final flavour profile. The Aisling Single Malt Whisky is crafted to expose the Belgium Chateau Malt Mash.
It has bought through unique flavours and aromas of rich malt, a little like rye, A pleasant oily mouthfeel with subtle Apera dried fruit flavours, malt, spice, sultanas, and caramel. The Aisling Single Malt Heritage Collection has been handcrafted and matured in 100 litre, with an aged statement of 7.5 years in Australian Vintage Apera (Sherry) Casks. Specifically coopered to give clean balance of both char and toast. The complexity from these casks is phenomenal.
The natural sweetness of these casks compliments the charisma of the Spirit.

- Nose: An engaging fragrant aroma, fruity with black cherries, vanilla, and dates.
