Oaked Absinthe 750mL

Australian style absinthe that then spent a year in a lightly toasted new French oak barrel. As well as emparting an oaky colour it serves to round and mellow the absinthe. A distillation of Wormwood, fennel, aniseed and aniseed myrtle and a gentle colouration of lemon myrtle and hyssop. Oaky colour in the bottle with a light, gentle louche displaying subtle hints of green.
