Alongside a base of aniseed, fennel and wormwood is a carefully balanced selection of Australian hand selected and harvested botanicals grown in the central tablelands of NSW. Add water to a ratio of approximately 3:1 water:absinthe. This unique absinthe is a gentle rouge (red) colour in the bottle that transitions to a verte (green) as it louches (has water added). This is accomplished using nothing other than a careful balance of colouring botanicals.
