Independent distilleryClassic French style verte (green) absinthe, gentle yet complex. Distillation of aniseed, fennel and wormwood with colouration of lemonbalm, hyssop and a selection of traditional hand selected and harvested botanicals grown in the central tablelands of NSW. Add water to a ratio of approximately 3:1 water:absinthe. A vibrant verte (green) colour in the bottle with a light opalescent green when louched. Transport yourself back to an 1850's Parisian absinthe cafe with the first sip.
