Independent distilleryOur first Australian style absinthe, now with 4+ years in the bottle it continues to mellow with age. Herbaceous and intense. Featuring the Australian natives: lemon myrtle and aniseed myrtle alongside a host of hand selected and harvested botanicals including petite wormwood and grande wormwood grown in the Central Tablelands of NSW. Add water to a ratio of approximately 3:1 water:absinthe. An intense deep verte (green) colour in the bottle with a thick opulent deep green louche.
