AK’S Gin is distilled using honey and wheat farmed at Arbikie along with carefully selected botanicals chosen by our Master Distiller, Kirsty Black.
As farmers we perfectly nurture the ingredients we use to distil giving both an amazing provenance as well as full traceability for our family of ultra-premium spirits.
AK’S Gin’ is distilled using fresh honey and wheat farmed at Arbikie, Black Pepper, Mace and Cardamom.
It is the creation of our own unique spirit that sets us apart from other gins, as we grow, distil and bottle on our single-estate in a true field to bottle operation.
