Moores HillTasmanian Riesling 2018
About this product
A wine with ripe lime aromas and a soft more-ish palate. The mid-palate is juicy and rounded, and there's a touch of sweetness on the finish, balanced by a long line of acidity. Lovely to drink now but will cellar well if you have the patience.
Enjoy with simple fish & chips or a pork belly, apple and fennel salad.

The taste of fully ripened riesling grapes, hand-picked on a chilly Tasmanian morning, is a wonderful thing - like this. Fragrant with orange blossom notes, off-dry, with long, soft lime and vibrant stonefruit flavours, this fresh and energetic "rizza" is perfect on its own and magical with seafood.
