PindarieSchoff's Hill Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
About this product
Cabernet is King! Many wine lovers would say so - and we won’t disagree. One of the world’s great grapes, it is powerful yet fragrant, seriously tannic yet with allure and richness. One complex beastie? Yep!
A highly accoladed wine every year, the 2018 is one of those great vintages with aging potential of 10 years or more.

The prized Schoff's Hill site carries small cabernet vines that produce small crops of small berried fruit. The resultant wine is darker than usual for a Barossa cabernet and boasts loads of powerful flavours. The dense black cassis and currant fruit impresses with additional chocolate and mocha, roasted meat pan jus, even molasses and delicatessen meat elements. All of this "bang for your buck" is in wonderful balance.
