This is a very fresh and lively style of sauvignon blanc, that displays tropical fruits with a touch of struck match and grassy notes. There is a generous mid palate sweetness that finishes with a lovely fine lingering acidity, so characteristic of sauvignon blanc from southern Margaret River.
