A high yielding vintage meant a lot of fruit reduction during the season to ensure high quality fruit. Once again our Chardonnay certainly delivers with tight acidity and intense flavours. Some yeasty lees character are obvious on the palate with stone fruits and minerality creating complexity. The depth of flavours bring complexity and length to a very appealing wine.
