About this product

From Japan’s first and oldest distillery, established in 1923 by Shinjiro Torri, the founder of Suntory. The Age Unknown bottling was produced to celebrate the life of Japan’s beloved Keizo Saji when he was awarded ‘Recipients of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 1st class’ in 1989. This whisky boasts some of Yamazaki’s hidden reserves and the entire reserves all consist of whiskies that have been aged in barrel for over 25 years.
Bottled in 1989, the whisky is exclusively of 25 years or older but is otherwise 'Age Unknown' and drawn from the Yamazaki reserve stock.
43% ABV.
