TWP stands for Taylors Winemaker's Project. Our winemaking team experiment and innovate with new and interesting styles and varieties where the ultimate aim is to make each and every wine we craft better than the ones before. It's our 'path to perfection'. With subtle fresh honey and a hint of nuttiness on the nose, the palate displays enjoyable fresh stone fruit flavours with overtones of green melon and hints of spice.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
