The juice was wild fermented in 40% French Oak barriques with the remaining in a blend of one to two-year-old oak with 9 months spent in barrels.
Citrus and passionfruit abound on the nose and palate with good texture and a clean finish. The cellaring has now been done and this wine is open for business.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
