The palate has bright berry flavours with a soft creamy texture leading to a gentle dry finish. Made from 100% Shiraz from the Con Mara Vineyard in the Ovens Valley, Victoria. Given 6 hours skin contact prior to pressing. Cold settled overnight and cool fermented in stainless steel. Left on lees for 2 months post fermentation, prior to clarification, filtration and bottling. Limited Edition with only 120 dozen produced.

Fashionably pale pink with aromas of fresh cherries and watermelon rind. Unsurprisingly, the palate also displays clean, fresh flavours of cherries and watermelon rind! It's light and dry and has sufficient fruit intensity to hold your interest well.
