The Coastal BrewingWallis Weizen
About this product
An American style wheat beer named after the lake between Forster and Tuncurry. Made with 50% German pilsner malt, 50% German wheat malt (hence the Weizen) and a clean fermenting yeast (meaning it isn’t a Hefeweizen). Dry hopped with citra and galaxy to add a citrus twist. The name is also a play on Wallis Simpson, the American whose intended marriage to King Edward VIII caused him to abdicate this throne.
