Hand-picked, destemmed, the juice run off (saignee) to increase concentration, 4 weeks on skins post fermentation, matured for 12 weeks in neutral French barriques. The contributions of the two varieties remain a mystery, although there should be more merlot than cabernet. The wine isn't fleshy, and you can see why saignee was used, but it's a fair outcome given the clash between site, varieties and the cool vintage.
